Julep Chaise-longue
PrevOrganic and versatile in shape, the new Julep, by designer Jonas Wagell, is a natural extension, in both practicality and beauty, of the existing range of Julep best sellers. Updated in size, with even more distinct asymmetries, the new model looks like a chaise-longue, paired with an even larger and more enveloping round ottoman. Like the other members of the Julep family, the new chaise-longue has a light structure, thanks to the recessed base that invisibly lifts it off the floor, without sacrificing any of its magnificent elegance and style.

Jonas Wagell
Jonas Wagell è un architetto e designer di Stoccolma. Nato nel 1973, si è formato come grafico e si è poi specializzato interior designer tra Stoccolma e New York, dove ha frequentato la Parsons School of Design. Nel 2008 ha fondato lo studio JWDA, che si occupa di architettura, design del prodotto e brand management. Wagell ama creare oggetti funzionali, caratterizzati da semplicità e intelligenza: oggetti che possano essere usati e capiti facilmente dalle persone che li scelgono. Il progetto più conosciuto dello studio JWDA è la mini-casa prefabbricata Mini House: per questo progetto, nel 2008 Wagell è stato nominato da Wallpaper uno dei cinquanta giovani architetti da tenere d’occhio. Oggi, lo studio JWDA si dedica soprattutto al design del prodotto per brand scandinavi e internazionali.
